ஒரு இடம் அல்லது வீடு வாங்கும் முன் கவனிக்க வேண்டிய மிக முக்கியமான விஷயங்கள்?

பதில்:

1. வீடு, அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பு, திருமண மண்டபம், கடைகள், தொழிற்சாலை ஆகிய ஏதேனும் ஒன்று கட்டுவதற்காக இடம் வாங்கும்முன் அந்த இடம் நம் தேவைக்கேற்ப போதுமான இடைவெளி விட்டு கட்ட இடம் உள்ளதா என்பதை கவனித்து வாங்க  வேண்டும்.

2. இடம் சதுரம் அல்லது செவ்வகமாக இருப்பது சிறந்தது.

3. இடத்தை சுற்றி ஏதேனும் மலை, ஏரி, குளம், பள்ளம்,  கோவில், தொலைபேசி கோபுரம், மிக உயரமான கட்டிடம், பொது தண்ணீர் தொட்டி, தெருக்குத்து, தெருப்பார்வை ஆகியவை இருக்கின்றனவா என்று கவனித்து நல்ல இடமாக வாங்க வேண்டும்.

We must access if the land we are planning to buy is of  first, second,third or fourth grade and shops ,factories ,complexes.apartments,marriage halls or any other buildings.

We must know the surroundings set up before buying.

Importantly one must see the land is square or rectangle or crooked/regular.

Must see if there is a scope leaving enough space to the sky when we plan to build a house.
