Color the outer surface of  home with white or yellow color. ஒரு கட்டினத்தின் வெளிபகுதியில் உள்ள சுவற்றிற்கு வெள்ளை (white) அல்லது மஞ்சள் (yellow) பூச வேண்டும்.

Sump should be placed in North East part of the home. கீழ்நிலை நீர்த்தேக்கத் தொட்டி வீட்டின் வடகிழக்கு மூலையில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.  

Avoid to provide Marble and Granite in home. வீட்டில், தரைக்கு மார்பல்  மற்றும் கிரானைட்டை உபயோகிப்பதை தவிர்க்கவும்

Septic tank should be placed in North west part of the home. And it should not the motherwall and compound wall. கழிவு நீர் சேகரிக்கும் தொட்டி வீட்டின் வடமேற்கு பகுதியில் இருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் அது வீட்டின் தாய் சுவற்றையும், மதில்சுவற்றையும் தொடக்கூடாது.

Aviod to have high building structure and heavy structure in North East part of home. வீட்டின் வடகிழக்கு மூலையில் உயர்ந்த கட்டடங்கள் மற்றும் கனமான பொருட்கள் இருக்க கூடாது.

choose only square or rectangular plots. மனை சதுரம் அல்லது செவ்வக வடிவில் இருக்க வேண்டும்

Compulsory compound wall and mother wall should not touch each other. மதில்சுவரும் தாய்சுவரும் ஒட்டி கட்டகூடாது.

Aviod to place the pooja room in North East part or SouthWest part of the home. பூஜையறை வீட்டின் வடகிழக்கு மற்றும் தென்மேற்கு பகுதியில் வரகூடாது.

Compulsory bedroom should be in South West part of the home. படுக்கியரை வீட்டின் தென்மேற்கு பகுதியில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

External staircase should be placed in South East corner and North West corner of the home. வெளிப்படிக்கட்டு தெற்கு கிழக்கு மூலையில் அல்லது வடமேற்கு மூலையில் அமைக்க வேண்டும்.
